At Onni Outdoor, we want your new underwear to reach you as quickly and sustainably as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
🇦🇺 Free shipping Australia-wide
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia — no minimum spend required.
Shipping timeframes
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Please note: these are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, carrier delays, weather events, or high-volume periods (e.g., Christmas).
Our shipping partner
We ship with Sendle — Australia's first 100% carbon-neutral delivery service and a certified B Corp. Every parcel shipped with Sendle has its carbon footprint offset automatically at no extra cost to you. We chose Sendle because their values align with ours: sustainability, reliability, and supporting small Australian businesses.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. You can also track your order by logging into your Onni account.
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at admin@onni-outdoor.com.au.
Eco-friendly packaging
Every Onni order is shipped in compostable mailers (HeapsGood Ecomailers) that are certified home and industrially compostable. Our packaging is designed to break down naturally in 2–3 years — not 200. All paper inserts are FSC-certified, supporting responsible forestry practices worldwide.
Delivery issues
My order shows as delivered but I haven't received it:
Please check with neighbours and any safe drop locations around your property. If your order still can't be located, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at admin@onni-outdoor.com.au with your order number and we'll investigate with our shipping partner.
My order is taking longer than expected:
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking link first. If the tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us and we'll follow up with the carrier.
My order arrived damaged:
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take a photo and email us at admin@onni-outdoor.com.au within 7 days. We'll arrange a free replacement.
Incorrect address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realise you've entered the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible — we may be able to update it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been shipped.
PO Boxes and parcel lockers
We can deliver to PO Boxes and parcel lockers within Australia. Please ensure you provide the correct details at checkout.
International shipping
We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand. International shipping rates and duties for New Zealand orders are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country.
